We use International Express Service for all international deliveries, We will provide a tracking number for tracking online immediately after the goods are dispatched. The Procedure of Return
We would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customers in the occasional event of manufacturing faults.If you want to return an item, pls email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. Goods must be returned unuesd and contain all the original packaging and labels. After receiving the return goods, we will refund your payment according to specific situation.
Insurance
Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely. You don’t need to pay extra money for the insurance, the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the cost.
